The only limitation would be mating the male type nozzle on the compressor with the female type nozzle on the doll. If you can see one that would fit, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
Probably better off with a high volume low pressure type inflator for cheaper and faster. Gotta get that doll hard before you can use it, quicker is better.
There is a million of these on ebay for less money…. they all look the same too.
