How is the pre order with them? Is it delivered same day as the launch date?
from my experience with the gamesmen, they are good at getting stuff out on time or even sometimes early, it will depend on when they get stock and auspost, etc… if you want it day 1 I never recommend anyone buy online as you're never guaranteed it will arrive that day… I'm happy to wait on this one personally, cancelled my Amazon order for $68 and got this instead :)
might want to consider buying the digital version with discounted eshop gift card as that comes with pre-order bonus.
I'd rather get the physical one for collection purposes or resell after playing
When it comes to switch I prefer physical for the storage limits reason haha… That said I just ordered a 1tb microsd to upgrade from my 512gb, still… I go physical for big games no matter what on switch.
Ye, I have always big on physical copy. However, for games like this I might wanna play for long and might not sell it at all I will go for digital. Plus pre-order bonus which I did like to get

Wasn't going to buy the collectors edition in the first place, but I expected the statue/amiibo that usually goes with these editions to be exclusive.
Seems pretty weak if you could just get the amiibo on its own for $35
it was the reason i was tempted by the collectors edition, but it was revealed a couple weeks ago that the amiibo would be available separately, still some people would want the collectors for the other extras i'd say
