  • Camt seem to find whats the lowest use able weight for this? Thought it might be good for the misso but she only needs between 3-10kg.

    • Plates: 4 x 2.6kg; 2 x 2.2kg (Weight without plates: 3.10kg)

  • Don't really understand the value of these if you have dumbbells. Probably just me, but everything I can imagine doing I'd do with a dumbbell just fine?

Dumbells and kettlebells are for different types of exercises. Kettlebell Exercises

      • cheers. The exercises that are unique would need a lot more weight (for me).

I am not an expert but I think Kettlebell is just to add extra resistance to exercise and secondly most of these exercises won't be doable with very heavy loads.

@lastkey: Most of those seem to be swinging the kettlebell. I dont think adjustable kettlebells are a good idea then, because the adjustable plates dont have exact tolerances and will have some little play in them.

            • @ATangk: Good point. But I didn't post the deals :)

      • All those exercises use one kettlebell. What's the point of having two?

        • Gym buddy maybe?
