Man, can you guys stop posting these great deals. I bought the case and psu separately months ago for a heap more!

do you have an opinion on the SilverStone PSU vs the Corsair from first deal?

Corsair SF750 is the better option I would say. Far more popular (for resale value/custom cables), standard braided cables, and the warranty is longer (7 vs 5).

        • Agreed Corsair all the way. All the corsair PSUs I’ve had just keep going and going and never skipped a beat until sold for reasonably good prices.

my SF makes a click sound when it turns on and off, does yours? think its just the relay

      • It's likely the exact same PSU from the exact same factory with Corsair tax added on top.

    • Agree. I almost bought another case/PSU combo because it was so cheap. But then I'd have no use for it lol

Just buy any used atx power supply for like $20-$30 and save the rest for other components.. I've built 2 like this inside this case and just used zip ties to hold the PSU in place. Still can fit big gpus inside (I used a 980ti) the only thing you lose is one top exhaust fan spot

Not sure why you're getting downvoyed. Definitely interested to see this. Got any pictures or guides please?

People just get upset with budget builds for some reason… Unfortunately I don't have any pics of my nr200 builds, they were built for my friend and are in his game room. I used 2 zip ties running through the front of the case, (where SSDs might usually be mounted) and the PSU orientated with the fan facing towards the rear I/O of the case. I also used mATX boards, again saving $100+ dollars. The value of this case imo is when you get an mitx form factor, without paying the premium for mitx boards and sfx PSUs

        • Good stuff. I assume you reversed the airflow of the back of the case and CPU to blow towards the front then? Which Matx board did you use, from research only certain sized Matx fit, not the default Matx size.

          • @fufufu: Yes with 120mm intake from the side mesh panel and 120mm exhaust top. Any mATX board that is only 3 PCIE slots tall will fit, like the asus prime h310m. I'd say any cheap mATX board with only 2 ram slots will fit - if it has 4 ram slots make sure you check that the height is only 3 PCIE slots if you want it to fit without modification

  • Apparently the SX750 fan is loud and cables are stiff, making it difficult for cable management according to reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapcsales/comments/kauczc/psu_s…
