  Yeah, it's on sale regularly, but this is one of the best value powerbanks available. I believe these use Lithium Polymer which are more sensitive to heat, etc but should still be perfectly safe inside your house - if you need one for the car, I suggest a Lithium ion powerbank instead, which you'll find are more expensive (often twice this price).

  i've got 2 and neither of them charge to 100% they both stop charging at 97% capacity….well visually anyway. Anybody else with the same issue?

  After a few months of infrequent use mine seems to have only 10% of the original capacity. Avoid IMO.

  I have four of these and they are the best powerbanks I've owned, work perfectly, hold their charge, the digital display is much better than 4 lights to indicate charge level and the different ports are really handy too.

  Had this brand before and worked well for 4+ years, so I got another one last year. After infrequent use, it is not working anymore now. Tried to message the rep, been more than a week but I've got no reply :(

    None of the reps have been online this year, so I'm actually the only one associated. Best course of action is to contact Romoss through Amazon.

        Yeah they'd just tell you to do the same as the marketing and customer service teams are separate due to it being Fulfilled by Amazon.
