    Personally I just got one, and i would recommend it, i paid 160 after cashback as the speeds are alot better then other m2 drives.

  Id recommend going through computer alliance rather then ggtech.

  1. Contact number if support needed
  2. Faster shipping & usually instock.
  3. Invoices get added to computer alliance account.
  4. Warranty questions or sendback might be easier(can go direct to manufacturer with tax invoice)

    Check out the Samsung redemption page
    Basically you’ll need the product, invoice and then submit a claim on the website by submitting some info (product serial number, etc).
    Downside is that they can be pretty slow.

    You qualify by buying the SSD. Then go to the Samsung SSD promo website (google it), submit your claim by creating an account - giving Samsung your full name, email, home address and phone number, which they will share with whoever they like including third parties. In return you get your cashback after supplying your bank details. Whether your privacy is worth 20 bucks or not is up to you.

  Got one from computer alliance, Samsung promo page said it is INVALID SERIAL NUMBER / IMEI….
  Doubled check the model + serial number (both from Box and Samsung Magician)

    See if any of the Samsung cashback deals on Oz have had this issue before. I know of a missing digit but I’m not sure about invalid serial.
    You might also want to bring it up to Samsung/Computer alliance.
