@jv: I think you are confusing their ability to use a smart phone with their desire to try. No prize for the lazy. Plenty of old folks (and people with disabilities) using smartphones and ipads these day. The ones think its too hard don't try to use it. Once you sit down and show them and if they are interested then they will be able to use it.

Is anybody else having trouble opening the android app? It gets stuck on the loading screen for me and I can't even press back. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling too. Been like this for almost a week now :/
