Spinifex Tri Fold Single Mattress $59.99 Delivered @ Anaconda

250

I want to share my latest favourite find with the Ozbargain community.

Do you hate inflatable mattresses when camping?
Do you need a spare bed at home but don’t want it set up all the time?

This is exactly what you need.

I bought one of these a few weeks ago because I can never get comfortable on inflatable mattresses or the thinner foam mattresses when camping. I came across this tri fold foal mattress at Anaconda, I tried it out in the store, and was BLOWN AWAY at how comfortable it is.

At $99, this is a bargain. At $59.99 with free shipping, this is a STEAL! I also used it for a free who visited recently and she said it was more comfortable than her mattress at home.

I like this thing so much I bought a second one. I combined with Cashrewards targeted $10 offer, as well at 2.8% cash back, so $48.20 delivered!

It’s quite big when folded so be aware of that, but comes with a carry bag which and is super easy to pack up.

Any questions about the product just ask me in the comments :)

Free shipping is generally for orders >$99 but came up in my cart as free shipping despite only being $59. I’m guessing it’s a bug that recognises the RRP as the prerequisite for free shipping.

    Spin-off Tri Fold Single Mattress

Why do you call it a spin-off ???

    • Autocorrect of Spinifex, oops!

  • How firm is it?

    • +4

Can confirm it is definitely $59.99….

      • Haha con-firm

    • It’s very firm but still super comfortable and sponges at the same time

  • I would advise against this not on cost or confort but space it takes up in storage. Your better off paying the extra and getting a self inflating foam mattress, its packed down size is much less than this. Ananconda dont really sell good ones though so you may have to go to another camping and outdoor store.

  • I have a couple of these types of mattresses for when I need extra "beds" for guests. They are fantastic - easy to store and surprisingly really comfortable. Only issue is that they're a little short if you're above average height.

    Thanks, OP
Yes, I brought one and confirm free shipping

  • I need this but 2m x 1m for a daybed.

I don't know why daybed mattresses are so hard to find

If you have the room for storage, great buy.

Crap deal. The regular price is $60. Anaconda just jacked up their price in January.

    Check the price history

I was in the store in January, and can confirm it was $99. I asked them if they were able to do it for the price I’ve seen it on sale for and they did it for me.

Like I said in the post, this is a really great mattress for $99, and a bargain at $60. How much cheaper can you really expect it to be??

$50, if you check the history from pricehipster!

      • Need to level up some more my fellow ozb

  • Would it be better for people with back pain issue?

    • Compared with an inflatable mattress, absolutely! I get lower back pain on crappy mattresses but this one was perfectly fine

  • Can anyone compare these to

I got recommended the Zempire but the price here is much better!

Never mind, just saw this has 2 folds which doesn't look ideal to sleep on. I'd rather a single piece mattress.

    • To be completely honest you don’t even notice the folds at all

      • Fair enough, I also like the size the normal foam mattress rolls to instead of the foam block this folds to.

  • Is the cover water proof?
