Been wanting to jump on this for a while now - but from all the reviews it seems like its a pretty minor upgrade from the previous generation. I don't need a NAS right now, so I think I'll just wait for next year's release and hope its a better update (10gbps ethernet for example), the new model should also ship with a stable release of DSM 7.
