  Great to hear, thanks! I've been really enjoying the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Peaberry as a black coffee keffir recently but I'm also a fan of the Colombia Luz Dary Polo Esperanza, El Salvador Santa Rosa and Colombia Ubaque.
  
  I have some new specialty coffee that will be great for black cold brew landing in a couple of weeks also. For standard website listings I can custom roast for you to suit your brewing method if requested ie light roast but for the Ozbargain deals, we can't promise the same as we roast in bigger batches.
  
  You're still welcome to leave notes in Paypal with your brewing method though and if we will try to accommodate if possible for the lucky dip etc if I happen to be roasting something suitable at the time! :)

  Thanks heaps :) Sorry for the short break in January. I had a really nasty fall, tripped over a coffee bag, broke my leg. and landed myself in hospital for 2 weeks.
