    non-poe don't need a fan, POE with external power pack don't need a fan, POE with internal power supply usually have a fan.

    no but you can use it to power WAPs if you have them on the ceiling of your home, it's why only 4 ports are POE, most people just have 1-2 WAPs in a home,

  Does anyone know if this is v2 or v3?
  v2 doesn't support IGMP snooping.

  edit: Just noticed that one of the photos mentions IGMP snooping, so it should be V3.
