You could try PayPal, though I personally can't confirm if it will work or not.

I saw CC and paypal as payment option.
It is visible, but the image clearly shows credit card.
It's just a matter of trying it out. Who knows, PayPal may be acceptable, or if you opt for PayPal, the price will change.
Do you still need to call up to cancel subscription? ..because that is the worst.
You just have to login on xbox.com and turn off auto renewal, front and center on the my account page.
If you sign up for XBL again though, auto renewal is re-activated.
Cancelling your subscription is not that bad. I called earlier this year and it took me only a few minutes. Painless.
