Not just you. I too swore I read it as circuit multiple times.
I like the Brother ScanNCut, it has a scanner built in. Might have less attachments than the Maker but if you want to cut paper, card, and vinyl then you may want to scan too.
Yeah, that's the one thing I liked about the brother.
But, I have been using a few brother printers, which has lowered my expectations of them.
And people at spotlight swears by their Cricket (tried saying cri-cut, no hable ingles?) machine.
Brother makes computerised sewing machines for old people, they know how to make things user accessible. Their software handles svg lines you make yourself with Illustrator, or other free software. And their software feels like it was made for designers, could be part of the adobe suite. What more do you need.
Wife has one of these in this model, they're pretty handy!

Overpriced item generally from manufacturers. Need more competition in this area for realistic pricing. This might be a good current market price though.
