  • 1.25" dome tweeters + 2.25" drivers in soundbar
  • 6.5" subwoofer (wireless)
  • TV remote learning
  • Dolby ® Digital and Harman Surround

  • This or some Edifier Bookshelf (or any other brand) speakers around the same price?

      Music - Bookshelves
      Movies - This
Both - You might need to save up more :P

        I was worried about that

      • What about the s350db edifier which comes with sub?

        • s350db edifier

Personal preference, I would go with the above. $30 extra and the built is (wood grain) a lot more classic and should fit into most entertainment setup

My Edifier sounds amazing, clean and very crisp.. obviously can't comment on JBL as I don't own one

I connect mine via BT, zero delay.

The only issue I have is that I have to force correct it each time I turn on the speakers and TV (LG).. but that's more a limitation on the TV than the speakers themselves.

You didn't mention statutory warranty under Australian Consumer Law?

      • The price I paid for both items was together less than the cost of this soundbar. I think the ombudsman would see the price and think that a 1 year warranty period would be considered reasonable.

To be honest after that reply from JBL I'd rather never have a JBL product again. I also wasn't happy with either of the products anyway. JBL are a shell of what they used to be in the 90s and early 2000's. Now they just produce cheap junk compared to what they used to make and people see JBL and think it's quality, when in reality it's cheap crap.

    No ARC
    No deal
    IMHO
