I don't have Sony A6500 myself. I bought this one and paired it with my recently purchased Sony A6400 without any issue —thought Amazon page, QA section, says it does not fit Sony A6400.

Even if you don't need the cage, NATO Rail Handle itself will cost you around $65 on Amazon.
