Its all about timing …TA posted yesterday got 166+ today OP post cheaper, gets downvote:)
That's true, still associated/reps can negotiate better rates to undercut the competition - happened many times before
that deal is sold out already though!
@skinny: Typical Ozbargain, will downvote me because they've missed a cheaper alternative in stock for several hours.
I will now retract my vote, but it was the cheapest at the time the vote was cast.
In addition, they have dropped their price as predicted from earlier. Look at the revisions.
Boost Mobile $300 Prepaid SIM Starter Kit $238.62
@pennypincher98: on ya!
If a deal with many positives has a neg, it attracts OZBs to find why.. may be not for a few dollars difference (my opinion).
This is a good deal for those who need plenty of data, but I'm guessing that Boost will be/has been losing a lot of customers since removing the $150 for 80GB 12 month prepaid plan, and replacing it with the $200 plan.
$150 for 80GB 12 month prepaid plan
Still available for existing customers as a recharge though right? Just not new. For once, seems rewarding loyal customers rather than new ones.
Ah yes, that's true — although I suppose for many, the initial $150 outlay was probably discounted to $135 for 12 months = approx $11 a month, which was very appealing.
Only for now; people are being migrated off over the next few months.
Not a good deal if locked inside an eBay plus sub.
Any offer for the $200 sim?
