  • looks good. Except for plastic blue colour.

    Q: anyone used MyMemory Before?

Q: does anyone know estimated delivery?

    question: isnt the speeds terribad?

    • -1

      its USB 1.1 so yes

      • Is there something to say that it is USB 1.1? I see that it is 1.1 compatible but I would be very surprised if a specialist retailer would sell something that shitty. Was 1.1 even in use when 32Gb sticks came out?

I think it is more likely to be poorly written rather than 1.1 only.

it would be USB2.0 and "Compatible With USB1.1"

and nothing wrong with the advertised read and write speeds… what the real speed is, is another matter.

    • I like "terribad"

    • I bought one of these blue ones from Mymemory that was advertised as 15MB/s write speed.

I only got 5MB/s write speed. Very disappointed.

Spend abit more and get a proper USB 3.0 from amazon, or even the A-Ram ones available in aus stores.

The usefulness of 32Gb @ USB1.1 speeds is pretty questionable… but still hard to fault the price.

    • Thinking of getting one for my phone so i can offload my movies on it.

It's USB2.0, not USB1.1. If it was only 1.1, you'd get 1MB/s read/write at best, and it'd take over 9 hours to fill, instead of a mere 55 mins.

  • I have used USB flash drives that use the same casing as they are usually printed with company logos for promo giveaways.

They always fall apart really quick, after a few uses the metallic usb part detaches from the case so everytime you put it in a usb port it does a turtle and retracts inside the plastic part which is a pain in the arse.

    • I have had similar experiences - these are promo quality USB's, I wouldn't waste my money on them.

      • i thought these were the swivel metal casing. Like strontium-branded styles.

  • Hey guys. Is this one any good? I just bought one and it said last one available before I bought it. $28.99

too bad stock level looks weird. (it still says last one available)

      • BTW whats the delivery like (time & cost)?

        • +1

Delivery is free. I bought an Xbox Live for 12+2 months from these guys and I got it in 5 days.
