I sometimes find myself with time to spare browsing youtube… and I'm on the lookout for recommendations. Currently I watch Colbert, Seth Meyers, some formula 1 related content, Premier League Highlights, the Slow Mo guys, James Hoffmann and Seven Miles for coffee related info… and thats about it. Never thought I'd suggest an automotive channel as it's not something I've ever been interested in but I recently found "Vice Grip Garage". I think the reason I enjoy watching it is because you don't need to understand anything about a car when you jump in and it's always pretty cool.

If you have the slightest interest in Motorcycles, then Fortnine is a very entertaining channel that turns the simplest video concepts into very creative and well produce videos.
Girlfriend Reviews does a surprisingly refreshing, comical and entertaining take on video game reviews.
PayMoneyWubby and PayMoneyWubby Highlights if you want to experience Wubby. It's hard to encapsulate his style, but I guess it's non-PC humour applied to a variety of different topics and activities. You'll know if it's for you after a video or two.
Also a bit of a niche one: Wrestling With Wregret for fans of pro wrestling, past and present. He does a lot of recaps of the current stuff, but for people (like me) that grew up watching it, he also does things like 'classic' PPV reviews and storyline recaps, which will probably give you a nostlagia hit. All done in a very light hearted way.

Guy makes food from TV and movies, from the delicious to the ridiculous. He’s also got a Basics with Babish series where he teaches you how to cook the basics.
Crafsman Steady Craftin
This dude uses a puppet character and makes and designs how own toys. Crafty stuff. Watching him work is cool, but it’s really all about his relaxed vibe. It’s very Bob Ross.
Simone Giertz
Maker who strays into the funny and abstract. Eg can I make an instrument out of teeth? Most famous perhaps for converting her Tesla into a ute (and then being banned from taking it to the Cybertruck launch event).

Music commentary and reviews in a light and friendly format. Leans towards indie and pop.
How To Drink
How to make cocktails along with a history. Guy who hosts it is knowledgeable but unpretentious. Behind The Bar is a similar channel, also with a very down to earth host, and with the bonus that it’s made here in Oz.

Carwow is a terrible car review show, can't believe how many subscribers it has.
10min videos for to drag race a car or two…. '3, 2, 1, go' ….the show it can be condensed to 30 seconds per car. Plus there's more to cars than drag racing them on a wet road.
Only worst car review shows are Scotty Kilmer and John Cadogan… I get a headache trying to get through the end of their clips.
