    It does not go flat.. The back goes about 30-40 degrees from flat… The leg section does not seem to change. It says suitable from birth but I would not use it myself…. 6 months+ I would say, but different people have different views. In Europe we had completely lie flat car seat too, which don't seem to be legal here :(

  Pram is quite decent, only poor aspect are the cheap plastic used for the wheels. An extra $2 spent by the manufacturer here would have been good. The frame itself is quite decent looking. For $57 delivered its a bargain, for the normal price I would not buy it though.

  Bought for a 3 year old who only needs a pram now and then, old pram was falling to bits.

  Got screwed over by BIGW only. Purchased on 21st of Dec. Got a shipping notice the next day. Waited til early January the tracking number still showing manifested. emailed them they said they will investigate. After another week or so I didnt get any reply so called their service centre and the guy on the phone finally told me the truth. They dont even have it in stock. Finally filed dispute through Paypal and retrieved my fund.
