Rebranded eneloops? Found at Ikea Tempe today. Was taken off their website but reappeared here. Good deal imo.

LA-nah. Can confirm no AAs available at Tempe.
Ok thanks
Really rebranded Eneloops at only 500mAh?
Nah, its the white ones you want.
I found there is 2 types one China made & one Japan made check your package.
check your package
( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡° )
Routine check done. Everything is in good working order
Good LADda.
I check routinely. Reasonable performance but MOAR needed.
These are the crappy china made ones. Not the Japan made 900mah ladda
China really is the Kogan amongst countries
Hey Kogan is really shit, don't insult China like that
Have you been living under a rock?
Are you a ccp bot?
Save your breath aert, these are the old old old Aussie's that think just because they own a Commodore everthing made in China is garbage. You'll never convince them otherwise. They are so used to paying 500 times RRP for European garbage (Gucci, Calvin Klein, Apple, etc) they can't possibly switch to buying "Chinese Knock offs" (even though they come off the same production lines).
The white ( Japanese batteries ) are supperior to these Chinese ones, by design. This is not a lower quality product, it is a deffierent product, hence the different colour labels.
On OzB if you try to mention China makes good anything, you'll get neg'd.
I know I'll get neg'd to heck and back for admitting this, but the truth is, OzB is now saturated with opinionated people who have no idea what garbage they are regurgitating ( that probably includes me XD ). I love OzB, but we're only a few more Numb-skulls away from becoming Facebook market place, and then its a slippery slop till we become the next gumtree.
yes its very sad
@petry: I never mean't to insult chinese made products. I love brands such as Xiaomi (and if they ever produce a car I'll be one of the first on board) I just think for a few bucks get the Japan made laddas especially when they hold more mah.
i mean 95% of Ikea's products are made in China so does that mean all ikea products are junk? 🤔 (definitely some are junk but there also lots of qualiy ikea products too).
ultimately it was Ikea's decision to have this lineup made in China at this particular quality, the factory just makes what's specified.
Love Chinese innovation. Check out their USB/soldering iron with an accelerometer to switch off when you put it down!

But Eneloop are the official currency of Ozbargain!
Nope, just Tempe
Dumb Melbournian. It's a well known suburb in Sydney.
Keep ur tempe
Keep your Templestowe
Obviously temperature, like what's up in Tempe? The temp! It's 42°C!
/sHey Google, what's the Tempe
Tempe really is the Kogan amongst suburbs.
I find it a bit offensive that you liken Tempe to Kogan
Lol. Touché.
Eww 500mah
Honestly, still a bargain capacity-wise since the 900mah version is $12.99. Also a bit more lightweight than the 900mah which is why I bought some for my gaming mouse
These are still good enough for solar garden lights.
You sure that some random didnt just steal one of the MÅLA crayons and write that in?
Looks like itBummer, I was there yesterday and walked past these but didn’t notice the price drop.
rebrandennd eneloopspsen? foundnden at ikea tempenn todayyen. vassen takennn off deirren vebsitenn bootten reappennaredden herenn. goodden deallen imo.
Fixed it for ya
Seems a bit racist.
Thought it was more languist.
You might want to write a letter to the muppet show and tell them how you really feel about the Swedish chef.
What do you guys use to charge these Laddas and Eneloops? Is there any charger that can indicate batteries fully charged and automatically stop charging?
https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/kvarts-battery-charger-60446668…
I use this. Has a indicator light for each battery port that turns off when its charged
Buy a maha charger
Theres a few different ones
Yes it isnt cheap but ive had mine for over 10 years
It tells you capacities of the batteries , if they are dead and can revive some
As well as wont overcharge them
MAHA or Nitecore

went to logan store last week and couldnt find any only the white ones. does anyone know if they still stock them and where they are located in store?
Went in to buy some, there is still plenty in stock at Tempe. Lighting section, 3-4 shelves I think, 2 shelves of the 500mah and the white ones on the bottom.
Still hundreds of packets remaining this afternoon.
I suspect this lot will be the last available for some time. These brown LADDAs haven't been available in IKEA for some months now. Coles and Aldi have both discontinued their similarly-priced low self discharge NiMH batteries. It's mostly just the more expensive Eneloops or rebranded Eneloop equivalents (e.g. the white IKEA LADDAs) that are still readily available.
Thanks. Did they have the AAs available?
