not mechanical.
Razor
They make elecric scooters😁
Membrane.
He said it folks, pack it all up, were going home!
You'd have to be insane to buy membrane.
I used to say the same, only ever used mech boards. However i found the travel distance and additional deck height gave me some hand/wrist issues with long term use (only noticed during covid times where it wasnt just used for gaming). I've found the lower height of a membrane (in this case razer cynosa) to be much easier for long term use.
i agree. ive tried a few mech keyboards (incl. low profile ones) but still prefer laptop style low profile keyboards for the exact reason you mentioned: height relative to where the wrist rests is important.
performance wise, i scored higher accuracy and speed on laptop and logitech k740 than on my mechanical keyboards. so for me, cool mech keyboard was a bust :(
similarly when it comes to mouse, my hand has become comfortable with the mx master 3. however, mouse speed and accuracy (in high speed) is lower than cheaper mouse in clicking tests. however it's not something i notice day-to-day but i think i would have been better with cheaper mouse where i consistently score higher with. but ive already spent $105 on the mx master 3 so i continue to use it :\ (bloody ozbargain)
I’ve been thinking of getting a proper keyboard for programming and a bit of wfh doing the same thing. Would this kind of keyboard be recommended for this use?
Is this keyboard good?
Better than Razor?
