edit: and then couldn't cancel because dell's website is atrocious and the order didn't auto attach to my account or even have an order page until it was too late to cancel.

i was the EXACT SAME….. had it in the cart, then juggled if i pay with CC or PAYPAL…. by the time i selected the change, no stock!

YMMV but with my past Dell eBay purchases, their delivery estimates are very conservative.
I wouldn't buy it if you needed it now but most accessories & monitors I bought from them were delivered within 1-2 weeks even when it said a month.

Maybe mention that you need to use the PLUSDELL code for $19.50 price, and it is $20 for PDLL20.
