    Hey there, our Justin 2 seater is currently available for pre - order and will be available for pick up or delivery as of the 13th of February.

    In regards to the reviews - Over the years our business has matured and our processes and staff are better equipped than in the past. We have also refined our supplier and exited some of the products that were just not good enough. You can always check out all of our items in store as well.

    Also as a company we don't seek positive reviews and as a result the reviews that end up being written are negative. That doesn't mean there weren't challenges for those customer, but we do have 15 stores across Australia with hundreds of happy custoerms each weekend.

      Yeah, You're still getting bad reviews even recently. Love to support you guys but I certainly will never pre order from you especially with past reviews. Perhaps focus on shipping times or don't start selling until you have the stock in sight.

        Yes recently we have had some bad experience's. The current situation with Covid has seen it very difficult to get containers into port with shipping lanes being packed. We have been trying our up most to get the stock into our warehouses as quick as possible.

        It has got much better and stock is landing when scheduled. You can also check on our website for items that are in stock in your state, so you can get your items super quick. It will also show if the item is pre order.

  Have bought a bed and lounge from their campbelltown store no issues, think we waited an extra couple of weeks but I didn't mind because the prices were good.
