      Velocity will allocate an even distribution of the 20 Million Points between Velocity members who have successfully participated in the Promotion. There is a limit of one share per Velocity member. No part Points will be awarded. If the number of Points awarded is a decimal, the Points awarded will be rounded up to the next whole number.

        I thought about this as we have a few thousand dollars worths of points from our home loan. But cashing out in gift cards seems such poor way of using the points. Really not sure what to do!

          Free money is not poor value! I only ever accumulate QFF or Velocity points for free, so I guess my view is a little different to others that have paid fees and what not to get the points.

      I had this issue to. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and logged in, the offer was there and was able to be activated without issue.

      I get the feeling the error may be related to accounts for under 18s (e.g. if you're part of a family sharing group or something). Because it worked for me and the missus, but then when I logged in as my kid then I got the error again.

        Then I found out the T&C says offer only for > 18 y.o.
        App's not smart enough to use a more specific error msg.

      Does iOS have an equivalent of deleting app data without deleting the app? Sometimes reinstalling the app won't clear the app data, so you have to do that (first).

        Perhaps the iOS app has not been updated yet?
