just recently in the market for one. Ended up with a Joolz Geo2 from a store near Woolongong for 990. They have a day3 in stock for 990 if you want to support local small business/buy local (Baby and the Beanstalk)
Uppababy vista V2 not even used prices get this low unfortunatley
Geo2 for 990 is exceptional buying, congrats. Did you also get accessories plus summer seat and the secondary lower bassinet?
no accessories, just by itself. Was tossing between this and the Redsbaby for same cost, however Im not sure I can trust the online Redsbaby reviews and a few I have seen in person don't look like the best quality. Same thing with Bugaboo, had a few people complain about the complex mechanisms breaking. Went with Joolz because its a relatively simple frame and well built so it can withstand a frustrated mother trying to fold it with a crying baby
@PGee: have a toddler in the process of growing out of his Joolz day2 pram. can testify to the quality. I believe the series 2 range were the last to be made in europe as well. I understand that the 3rd series moved manufacturing to china.
@simulacrum: fingers crossed the Geo2 also made in Europe as well. Thanks for the feedback, hard to know what is actually real on the net, only thing I go buy is how little reviews there are. Like 30 for Joolz and >300 for Redsbaby/babybee etc is a clue haha

uppababy vista is likely better in some aspects. Just impossible to find for under $1600, even used ones in good condition sell for minimum 1100.
I think Joolz is slightly heavier also. Uppababy has real leather too. I also prefer the looks of the Joolz. both fold fairly quickly and easily
however Joolz do lose more money on the used market so that is something also to consider.

thanks, great to know your thoughts! Was wondering as i bought the Vista 2 last weekend at Baby Bunting. Was mostly tossing up between the Bugaboo and Uppababy.
We had this as our first buggy but got the Silver Cross Wave for the second because the Joolz Day doesn't have a double config option. If you won't need to extend to a double this is the best stroller you can but IMHO.
