  • Great price and great pans. Myer also has this set on sale too…but it's $379.97

with proper use, how long will the surface last for non stick? (as compared to the crap jamie oliver tefal set which lasts about 1-1.5years)

    • Would like to know too, which brands and ranges are better than others for non stick longevity.

      • +1

Moved on from non stick. Ss will last a very very long time. Only 1 ns frying pan for eggs.

        • I find it sticks a lot, or I have to use a lot of oil.

        • Gave my stainless steel pan away after trying a couple times to cook on it. Everything stuck. Just an absolute pedantic pain vs just using a non stick pan.

      • i got a Chef's Delight Frypan at the beginning of the year
        https://www.tefal.com.au/c/Chef%27s-Delight-Frying-Pan-28cm/…
        cannot fault it so far.
        made in france

  • can the handles be detached?

  • +2

These are great pots & pans. I've had a set for the last year.

Heavy use and can't fault them - the only thing you might want to get in addition is a larger pot as the one it comes with is quite shallow.

  • Same price at their eBay store. Might be a better option if you have vouchers.
