  When I did this a few years ago the workers had no bloody idea what I was talking about so I had to explain it to them showing them the app or email and eventually just gave me the loaf still not understanding.

  There's only about 5 Brumbys stores left in Perth, it seems most of them didn't survive COVID. Not worth the drive to claim a free loaf of bread :(
