    Grey import, yeah?

      correct

    Why you yelling?

Lol. I like that he took the feedback on and edited it.

      • +1

Up voted the deal just for that

        • -1

          Lol same.
To be fair, for a Snapdragon Note 20 Ultra this price doesn't look really good.
Would want to hear more warranty stories before I bite though.

          • @fd9: My vote was just based on the fact that they take in customer feedback

Unfortunately, I have no experience with the seller

  • What's with the caps mate?

Man that website burns my eyes, and doesn't instill much confidence…

  • Why is it so difficult to write in English !!

  • You are misleading every single customer, which can be very expensive for you, by advertising how much cheaper your phones are than the RRP. You are selling imported phones but showing the local RRP.

  • Has anyone bought from here before?
    1. How was delivery time?
    2. How was customer service?
    3. How was warranty service? + How long did it take (The shop is in Brisbane - did they have to send it all the way back to Hong Kong for warranty being a grey import?)

    Thank you.

Google reviews seem to be more focused on their in store customer service for accessories and stuff.
Would like to know from someone who has ordered a phone online from them.

    • +2

i ordered 3 phones from them, and they are fine you can trust. (oneplus 6t, oneplus 7 pro, pocofone f2 pro)

delivery took 5-6 days. they ship it to Brisbane to their store from hong kong and then ship with Australia post express to you.

cannot comment on warranty claims as I didn't need it.

      • Great. Thanks for the info.

  • The CPU listed on the website for the S20 ultras is

    Exynos 990 (7 nm+) Octa-core (2x2.73 GHz Mongoose M5 & 2x2.50 GHz Cortex-A76 & 4x2.0 GHz Cortex-A55)

Am I missing something, can I have a direct link to a white S20 ultras with a Snapdragon pro

Edit: figured it out: Snapdragon S20 ultra at the bottom, $1400. Wish me luck.

    • Please report back. Have been following this store for a while but never game enough to go for it.

      • note 20 ultra,* it's a confusing lineup, for a moment after I purchased it I thought it wasn't the one I wanted and I had to go and read the comparisons again (my first Samsung since the S3, with an aftermarket 3x size battery attached) but I'm a stylus dweeb. It's all worked out.

I went for express/insured shipping, and will report back early-mid Jan. Given I paid with paypal, I'm confident the worst case scenario is a refund but who knows.

        • Curious
Did you make sure to click the Snapdragon version, as they appear to sell both versions of the note 20 Ultra.

I was reading the other my mobile thread with lots of comments and it seems decent. Apparently they ship in bulk one a week from HK and then when it gets to brisbane ship express post from there. So how long it takes depends on if you were before the once a week cutoff.

          • @fd9: Yeah did get Snapdragon model, that was my main focus, it was just a case of "note… 20… ultra…which one is that again?"

I'm told it'll be awesome in comparison to the pixel 2 I picked up at cash converters some time ago.

            • @Assburg: Awesome. That's going to be an amazing upgrade.

  • Oh I would have bought one of the s20+ if it wasn't a grey import

    • Why? can you pls explain the difference? at the end they all made in china. I am sure they all genuine phones. correct me if i wrong. I am not a phone guru but love to know the difference for the future.

      • It's more to do with the warranty as Samsung AU can refuse warranty on it simply because it wasnt bought from an 'authorised' reseller so all warranty jobs have to go to the retailer and also means your warranty is only usually 12 months unlike the usual (I think) 2 years that Samsung AU offers.

        • Australian models ie A-tick have a 2 years warranty with Samsung Australia
Import stock ( grey import ) have a 1 year warranty with the company that imports the phone ( some people send the phone back over seas , but we deal with the warranty claim through our Brisbane retail shop )
we do sell both Australian models and import models

      • My first smartphone, the Galaxy s3, was purchased at kogan and it was a grey import. When the charging port failed the warranty and repairs process was terrible. I ended up purchasing a refurbed phone which isn't really the best solution.

  • Damn! If the s20+ was Snapdragon I was all over this deal. Not buying another Galaxy phone without Snapdragon chip. Battery life there is a big difference at least in the s10+ models and I think it's similar for s20 esp for heavier users.

  • Says Free Delivery on the listing but there's still a shipping fee at checkout?

    • if you want insurance you can add

      • But there's no option not to add, so it's not free delivery?

  • I checked your website this morning and the Note 20 Ultra 5G Snapdragon was $1399. Take $10 off then call it a boxing day deal is kinda killing the meaning of boxing day.

    • Hello the price was $1447 now it is $1389 for the snapdragon

  • Does Snapdragon version supports Telstra 5g bands? Not fussed about single or dual Sims.

    • This phone only has 1 x 5g frequency that all networks use in Australia , 5G is still a building network .all 4g and 4g+ and 3g frequency work
I would base you decision on where the 17% more cpu power and 30% more life is better for u or the 5g network is more important
