this is more suitable for cleaning fabric and carpets in the car and other small areas, 60m2 might be too much for this one.
Hire a commercial machine for sure 60m^2 is too much for it.
Hire a rug doctor! This machine is for upholstery.

Does this actually do spray extraction? Steam powered?
yup, it sprays and vacuums the spray out of the carpet at the same time. spray with detergent is kept in one tank and the other tank collects the extracted liquid and dirt. not steam powered.
Only for small areas. Good for car and small spills. Sprays warm water and solution and then sucks it up.
Was mainly after the Auto SpotClean, guessing only difference would be attachments, would this unit suffice for car use mainly?
Looks like this model is the older one (saw deals listed from 2018).
Can anyone recommend using this to clean about 60 m2 carpet or better hire a commercial machine?
