It's a bargain because it's on sale and cheapest price for this particular item. If you have found it cheaper elsewhere then do post it. Comparing to other products doesn't count if someone wants this particular one itself.
I have never spent a quarter this amount on a pair of shoes, but there's clearly a market for them and this is a bargain price for that particular item. It's not a difficult concept.
