Anyone used the current generation Xbull tracks? Figure they are bringing maxtrak pricing down.
Cheers, but they are the old generation. The new generation have better tyre nobs and a few other things. From my understanding, it's not worth paying the premium for max Trax any more. Perhaps the plasticisers used will be different (ie. Cheap Chinese plastic sunnies go brittle after a year because they don't add expensive plasticisers). But you can replace them 2:1 at their price.
Yes, I've got 2 sets. Been used in the Simpson and just recently on Fraser. I paid $60 a pair and can't fault them. They're both made of the same material and you're only gonna beat them up with your tyres so I can't see why you'd pay a premium price. That said, if you want the premium look/ brand name on your 4wd then this is a great deal!
