          @eddie eagle: They emailed me today to say they will keep me posted yet I still checking with them every few weeks if anything's happening… Definitely a long wait !

  I requested a refund on 12th of February and have been going back and forth since that time repeatedly, more than 20 times requesting refunds. Today they said they have in stock and can fulfil my order. Stupidly I paid via EFT (did not see that this was set as the default option in my haste to buy) should have used paypal or credit card.

        okay mine arrived thursday 15th of april after ordering and paying $620 on 24 december 2020.
        delivered by TNT couriers. received a tracking number that I could track from Sydney to Radelaide.
        box a little tatty….but inside everything is as new, no scratches or anything untoward.
        Model is the Ninebot Max G30
        Serial number on wheel begins with 6 so looks like first generation.
        After syncing to app, only tested in backyard (tennis court) to date and is working great.

        Unbelievable that it took so long but happy to have it.
        Hopefully they are fulfilling other orders like Gomo's
