Just confirmed Amazon has a 1 pack and 2 pack option when selecting the 2 pack it changes to: $579.32 :-(
Having said that I did find the following on Amazon.com that might be worth considering (not sure on the plugs and 'might' need a small/cheap adapter)
https://www.amazon.com/RT-AX92U-Pack-Performance-Tri-Band-Ro…Nvm, they both are independent router units. They aren't pre-synced like ASUS Zen Wifi, you have to setup manually.
Hey OP, the $6xx elsewhere are two pack.
I bought two of these for $224 each during Prime day. Great little tri-band routers with the latest firmware. Note you will get the UK plug and will need an adapter.
How does this work, do you still need a router or this is used in lieu of the router, if so, do you connect the modem to the WAN port?
this is the router, yo just need to connect the modem to route using the WAN port
It can replace your router (just plug into the WAN port but depends on what connection you have)…
If you want a Mesh setup just buy 2 of these or look for the 2 pack bundle although it might be cheaper buying 2x singles it seems at the moment…
Modem LAN -> router WAN.
Just be careful with this as it's a single pack (single device) it's used to increase your current network..
There is a '2 pack' version of this available you might possibly be comparing the price between the two I'm thinking?
