    Joined years ago for a similar deal and was not advised about the very short time available to spend the credit. It was not honored, I cancelled my account. Theoretically, I may be able to sign up again but I hold grudges for a very long time.

      I think it depends on payment method, your order might still be in processing, you can check this under order status.

      • Hm, that may actually be the case. I used PayPal and the order appears to be still processing.

        • My PayPal went though instantly, the credit card order I did (for a 'friend') is still processing

          • @TEER3X: In the end I had to call them. Still did not receive the loyalty credit but they issued $10 voucher over the phone which arrived within an hour to my email. Not the greatest experience as a customer.

    • The car battery I bought on the 24th dropped by $2 today, but there was 5% off on the 24th. It was still cheaper.

      • if your car battery dropped in price, you should get the club price promise with super cheap and they will give you store credit

        • It was cheaper after 5% off on the 24th. I would not bother even it dropped indeed by $2.

          There was 10% cashback on the 26th too, but you might not get it if the 8% off giftcards/welcome credits were used. Too many factors involved make it not worth figuring out the marginal difference.

    Just thought I mention I figured out (cos I'm a stable genius) that the reason why some didn't get the $10 credit instantly is because they have most likely signed up with the same name previously.

    So if you are one of those just change your name (add middle name etc) via My Account > Contact Details. Then as long as you haven't used that name before you should now receive a welcome to Club Plus email in a few minutes. Once you get that the $10 credit should now show up in your account. Voilà!

      • I am a new customer, never used my name with supercheap auto.Took the free membership in store and did the membership activation via email but never received the $10 credit. As per your advise, added the middle name undee My accounts but i have still not received the $10 loyality credit email or in my online account. So this trick didnot worked for me.

        • I actually do have a second account, so this method may only work for those in the same situation. As you are a new user, the method may not apply to you, try connecting sca?

            • @0 0 0: Just got the confirmation email. Took maybe 10mins. Simply updated my first name to add my middle initial
