I found recently that neither was I - and I logged into the online member settings and had offer emails DISABLED. I've resolved that now, and received this offer
How do you access that. I just logged in and can't see where I go for member settings? When I sign in and then click the "my account icon" (located next to the cart), there are only the following to select from: "My Profile", "Address book", "Order History" and "Log out" and there is nothing about member settings in any of these.
I found the following under "Update Profile" (at the very bottom)

I have been a member since 3 years and shopped just twice with them. I received this offer / mail.
Why send the offer to a returning customer and instead send it to customer who hasn't returned in a while.I think people understand why, but if you're a loyal customer then of course it's going to be annoying that you then miss out on free money to spend there. I think I'll stop using my card.
