Best buy has got to be The Cycle Home Mechanic Tool kit (if you're into that sort of thing) at around $40 after discounts. Recently purchased an item with less tools for $40 and a two week delivery after extensive web research.
Also presta tyres for $8 ( I have not seen cheaper in store).Also bought some led bike lights for $8 for both front and back, beats Aldi quailty.

I'm afraid the OP got ripped, the bike toolkit from anaconda is absolute JUNK, there is NOTHING in there you would really use apart from the crank puller, or cone wrenches….all the other stuff you would already have in your toolbox…… you essentially spent $40 on 2 cone wrenches, a crank puller and……..well not much.
