    Even weirder now, you say it's not expired though it was listed as such, now Mahip above says it's showing $15, the mystery continues!

      It is only free if you own 60 Seconds!
      Otherwise it does cost $15.
      If you scroll down on the linked page it very clearly says so.
      I assume Mahip saw Free and then $15 without scrolling down and reading the description and then reported it.
