For the past 2-3 years I’ve been activating them both and shopping on the day the first one ends(making sure to hit the higher spend).
I’ve been credited both bonus’s every time except once where i got nothing and they would only manually add one bonus.
Oh wow did not know that. I’m gonna test it out.
In the past i think they had 1 day overlap, whereas now they are smarter and no more overlap, so don't think it will work.
@chjj0809: Just got another offer this morning and the original ends today so looks like they are still overlapping occassionally.
@Blokeinhisundies: I got one too but when I looked at the dates the second one starts tomorrow. But according to Bad Wolf it may still work. We shall see.

Sometimes when I get a 4 weeks x XX spend offer but have not done the shop I will get a 1 week offer that will overlap. I will activate and do both. Always get both points.

Similar, except my spend is $160 for the same number of points. It used to be a linear amount that was applied to everyone so you could work out the points/spend easily, but it seems to vary quite a lot now.
$260 for $50 for me, which is about 2.5-3 weeks worth off groceries. Mine's really high because my friend (who has 4 teenagers) also uses my card.
Recently they refused to honour 5000 arguing that toilet paper is not in the health and beauty category, thus I didn't meet the target.
I did an online order with a code couple of weeks ago the day before a 3600 point offer expired, picked it up the next day, and transaction posted the last day of expiry, so all good you would think….
didn't get the points at all, so not sure if a promo code makes it ineligible or what, i spent over the minimum amount even after factoring the promo code.
Online orders are usually considered transacted on the day they are delivered/collected so you gotta watch those ones and make sure you get them in hand before the deal expires.

Call them up. It may be that you did not activate. I keep a SC of the activation. I have had them tell me its not activated and then I tell them the exact time they suddenly find it. Even if you did not keep a record worth a try.
