  When I choose "none" at AXIS I get a message asking me to choose a value or select "none". I can't see the axis written anywhere on my prescription :/

  I think axis relates only to astigmatism, so if you don't have astigmatism select none.

    No, astigmatism is CYL according to the instructions :/
