Not every week though, more like 1 time to 2 a month
C grade chorizo.
My fellow Spaniards would agree.
Where / what is good chorizo ?
spanish butcher
for $12 you dont expect anything but avg. quality from the colesworth of the world
Not a Spaniard, but 100% agree. Used to be "ok", now it's basically ham sausages.. The Wurstel brand chorizo is my go to budget chorizo now.
Yeah it did change. And I could tell because when I was cooking it, no fats were being released.
I knew they had changed it from that day.
Wrap it in (fatty) bacon, if taste or fat is what you are after.
Casa Iberica- Fitzroy, Yarraville and or Abbotsford.
Really pops in your mouth, much more fattier then this but its taste is amazing.
Average stuff but comes to life cooking it for a pasta dish.
do these need to be cooked?
Yes they do.
Tasty sticks on the other don't need to be cooked, but not the same thing.
ty. I tried it tonight, these are not bad but idk how it's compared to the better brand/quality.
Last time I got these I asked the deli person if these need to be cooked, they said no. So I've been eating it as is. Way too salty for my taste tho
nothing worse than eating cold fat :D… fat tastes way better cooked/hot.
Horrible stuff should be $8per kg
I buy mine from Rodriguez brothers. A couple of bucks more per kg but superior in everyway.
Somehow it's less fatty too.
Made from less than 10% Australian ingredients? Chinese pork, no thanks…
This is frequently half price, its full price like 1 week of every year
