  You souldnt refill em - once exposed to air, olive oil begins to degrade

    Could you qualify that with some science. ( trying to better my knowledge/product use/health )
    I expose my bottle/tin of olive oil to air each time I use it or refill it.
    Apart from smoke point, when has it degraded to the point of being unhealthy.
    So what is degrading at what rate and under what conditions?
