Dual Sim Yes also seperate SD Slot.
https://www.gsmarena.com/realme_6-10113.phpI can confirm it has dual sim and NFC
I bought it at Black Friday sale… with Citibank and Cash Reward cashback. With 3% giftcard from Suncorp, I paid $285. Overall I am very impressed with Realme 6. My personal opinion is that it performs better than my other IPhone XR. Very responsive and the battery last more a day with normal use.
Smashed up my Huawei p30 today which I loved and not worth fixing. Would this compete with it?
P30 or p30 PRO? they are top tier phones
P30. Looks like 400 plus to repair screen and digitiser
@Bullion78: Madness hey. Cost of repairs, especially for screens, and the inability to have third party repairs (Apple) needs to be a serious consideration now. Even my grey market Galaxy S7 ($380 new) cost $220 to replace the screen.
This or the Oppo A72?
Have a look. If you can get 8Gb ram version with similar price … it’s worth considering.

Similar specs to the XIaomi note 8 pro, I wonder if its any better?
I think it is comparable to Xiaomi Note 9 pro. In fact, Xiaomi has better specs on paper but I read about the Xiaomi’s issue with wifi and Bluetooth. So, I decided to go with Realme 6. Check out the comments on Xiaomi UK version. Also Xiaomi has less RAM and don’t have 90hz display.

Can you give us a link ?@Barginer: "Issue with wifi and Bluetooth"
These problems have been resolved as per review below:-4.0 out of 5 stars Good but has problems.

Very good phone for the money, but has a problem with the WiFi disconnecting every time the phone goes on standby. Apparently xaoimi know of the problem and will address it in the next update.
Update: I contacted xaoimi about WiFi problems and they sent me a link to download new firmware. Since updating the phone has been brilliant. Lots of phone for half the price of a 'named' phone. Very happy.@chrisie: Isn't this a feature? My old Xperia had this as a battery saving function lol.
I have it.. bought it at the start of the year.
I find the camera can sometimes be iffy with autofocus. I think it works better when/if you tap it to tell it what to focus on. But yeah it doesn't take the best in focus shots if you're shooting from the hip (that's pretty annoying tbh).
I also don't like the interface. Like the messages come up as numbers instead of contact name for a split second before they load (not a huge deal but gets a bit irritating when you want to see who's messaged you and you have to wait for the split-second - sounds a bit pedantic, I hear ya but it adds up with frustration points lol). Also, it has a terrible calendar - but I think you can dl whatever better app you want and that might fix it (I'm just lazy).
Battery life is pretty good.. mine rarely goes past 50% and that would include a bit of random game playing during the day. Screen quality is good too IMO.
I mean its under $400 so what do you really want? It's a solid phone. Would I buy it again? I'd probably not just for the issues raised above but if you want to use different apps and play around with your phone it might not be an issue for you :)

I would go Oppo A52 over this for 2 reasons:
2 year Australian Oppo warranty v 12 month seller/Amazon watranty
SDM processor v Helio - so better camera performance by installing GCam
SDM665 in Oppo A52 works better than Helio P90 in RenoZ in this household, YMMV
Is it really comparable in terms of specs on paper?

Just reading through the Customer question & answers the phone has 24 mts warranty.
"Hi yes the phone is covered by Realme Australia, and the warranty period is 24 months."Might be able to port the gcam from note 8 pro as it's the same cpu and main camera.
For Aussie warranty, good phone, but probably value to money at the moment if ur not concerned about warranty maybe the poco series? M3 and X3.
Price has been jacked up to 398 now. Hurts its value for money rating.
This Vs poco X3?
Have a look at this https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/9706417/redir
Perfect, thanks.
Might get one of these realmi phonesIf you need it now you might want to consider alternatives, the current price at Amazon is too high.
Good specs can't tell if it's dual sim or not says it has NFC.
