One of the very few games i'd happily pay full price for, such a great game.

Fortunatey for Nintendo they control the supply of games in such a way that this is probably as cheap as this will ever get. If this was a AAA PS4 or Xbox One game, it'd be in the $5 pre-owned bin by now just because everyone and their aunt has bought a copy and traded.

      • +1

        Why is that?
Why are old PS4 pre-owned games so much cheaper than Switch pre-owned games?

        • -2

Because CD's are cheaper to make and can get scratched easier

The cartridges are also a bit more expensive to make.

Not to mention the fan base for Nintendo and demand is much higher.

Great game cemu runs it well if you want a trial :).

    • Imagine negging someone for helpful advice…
How old is this game now?

      • +2

Negging for piracy I would assume

        • +4

Honestly I dont get ozbargain. The windows keys which were clearly counterfeit were upvoted and not removed by the mods but comments such as these are controversial?

          • +3

@AH: yep, apparently grey market is somehow more acceptable than emulation software

            • @dbmitch: You can get a trial legally. Just go to the local council library, they usually have switch games to loan. I did that and really like it. Bought a copy on BF.

              • @koala123: You dont have to sell me on it m8, got it at launch in 2017 c:

            • @dbmitch: lmao just found out they were pirated and been moved to forums

              • +1

@AH: LOL 20 cents are they thought it was legit? You're Dreaming!

    • Just play it on CEMU, it's a far superior game running at 60 FPS with proper AA and high resolution.

  • Great game for Speed runs.

Also same price at Harvey Norman for free click and collect.

    $49 lightening deal

They cut some weight from it somehow?

    • Was even better with Cashrewards 12% cash back and $10 bonus! 😉

I bought this BOTW at $49 on Cyber Monday Sale from Amazon.

Sequel is coming mid next year lads. Buckle up

    • I reallllly need to finish it then. So many games going.

    • Mid next year is 2013 in Zelda years.

    • +1

I'm not sure I'd take that to the bank tbh. I'm hoping to see it, but 2022 wouldn't shock me at this point. 35th anniversary next year a good opportunity to make bulk cash selling remakes and ports.

If they port Windwaker ,Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess over then Im happy to pay for it.

        • That would be amazing. Would pay $59 for each of them

  • Any overcook or moving out sale??

    Genshin Impact Clone SMH

    • Clone means exact copy …

  • +2

How the f* are they charging near rrp for a 2 year old game

    • +1

It's Nintendo. Got my copy for the same price last year and don't regret it at all.

    • +2

It's going to be 4 years old in a few months, my dude.

    • +1

You haven’t seen the old Pokémon games have you? They have tripled if not more in price over time

    • +1

This is why i dont use consoles anymore

  • Great game when I first bought it, worthwhile at this price for the ones that haven't experienced it yet.

(Find some Amiibo cards on Etsy, the loot drops on those helps with this game).

  • Has anyone here played Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity already?
    Which one is more recommend?

    • Botw. You can get a demo for the other game if you want to try it.

      • haha.. Bought Botw on Cyber Monday and finished half already.
Before buying the new released AOC, I want to have your suggestions.

        • You can grab the demo from here. Personally, I didn't even complete the demo as the game wasn't for me so I didn't end up buying it.

          • @AH: Thanks then!

    • +1

Play botw first then age of calamity

But in summary you need both for the stories in each game to make sense

    • +1

Age of calamity is a spin off button mashing. Botw is the one you want.

      • Got it!

  • -1

    It was $49 before?? Damn!
Nintendo price match that on ehop…. oh wait forgot nintengreed love being greedy!

  • Amazon are doing $10 off when you spend $39 or more on eligible items. Just used it and bought the game for $48 (have prime membership so free shipping)!

    • is there a code?

      • You need to redeem it on your account. It applies when you purchase using the app. Think it was APPONLY10
