Not sure if its the cheapest deal, but I nabbed a silver one during BFCM for about the same. Really cheap for a C-stand.

  What's the benefit of a C-Stand as oppose to a normal light stand?

    I'm a bit of an amateur myself when it comes to photography, but c-stand is much more versatile. It's designed to be used with the boom-arm. It's best for things like flat-lay photography where you position your camera right on top of the object you're taking photos of, its also good for if you need to light your object from directly above as opposited to from the side.

    You can hang backdrop from the c-stand, flags.. etc. There's a bunch of other uses compared to a light stand. Infinite angles as well basically.

    Yeah.. couldn't resist.. also bought a pair of really solid light stands for like.. $32. Just came in today and I'm surprised how solid it is.. Hell.. how on earth did it not already cost $32 to ship it might be the bigger surprise.
