Not the best price per TB $28.5 (previous best was $24.14) but some people may be waiting on the 14TB for RAID ect.

Also its from the AU store which means way quicker delivery

  at this price seagate is better as it is a 7200rpm exps 14tb inside (Seagate's's above 12 tb seem all cmr

    depends, i prefer the slower for my NAS build, runs much cooler, the 7.2k ex drives are pretty loud from what iv read from people (again in a nas system with multiples)

      Yup. I had an Exos X16 (the 14TB and 16TB Seagate externals are mostly Exos models) and while it was very fast it was so noisy I sold it to a friend for a $100 loss.

      Much prefer the 5400rpm drives, particularly those that are helium-filled. Got lucky with all 4x of the 14TB WD externals I bought - nice performance and quiet as hell.

  I purchased two from the Amazon UK deal, somehow they disappeared in transit :-/ Have been disappointed at the lack of HDD black friday deals.

  Yes i got my UK deal delivered on 6-November. Registered on WD and got the Australian plug adapter within a week. $299 was worth the wait.

  i bought this drive from the last sale, from Amazon UK for $299. It is a 5400rpm drive fyi. Very easy to stucky. I'm in the same boat as the most of you waiting for it to go back down to $299.
