Don't have the Blue, but this one is very capable, used a ton for furniture etc. and small jobs. Couldn't do an IKEA job without it nowdays!
The Bosch Go is a great idea that is horrible to use.
V2 has a button if you mean the push to screw thing?
The Blue has a slightly higher torque rating (5nm vs 4.5nm) and comes with a case + larger collection of bits.
By far though the biggest difference is the warranty. The Blue kit from Bosch all comes with a 3 year warranty if you register it, vs 12 months for the Green ones.
Would this be appropriate for drilling screws into walls?
No, use a proper drill for that.
what sort of wall?
Just drywall. I've got some panel heaters that I want to mount onto them, but the brackets need to be screwed on first (Will look for studs though)
if you need to get in the stud, use a drill to pilot hole first and maybe it'll be able to.
but like @montorola said, if you've got the drill out to pilot, may as well use drill to do the job.
@Chenzo: Thanks mate!
You could if its just light work - wood and drywall should not be a problem. I have drilled some smaller holes in the past with this little set (into jarrah) https://www.bunnings.com.au/bosch-1-4-hex-shank-5-piece-meta… Only issue I found is its obviously going to take a bit longer and when you try to pull the bit out it will release from the IXO as the magnet is not that strong, just chuck it in reverse and keep it spinning and you will get it out.
So in short, for the few odd small holes you have to drill yes you could.
For drilling everyday then no I would get a proper drill.
My obligatory suggestions with the built in bit holders, though you might want to hold out for a deal or see if it's cheaper elsewhere.

Went from an IXO to the Worx years ago and found it way more convenient when you had to switch from phillips to hex when assembling stuff. The tiny screw-start bit is handy too.
$54.90 is pretty good, only $13 more than the one posted.
Wow neat. My maths must suck cos the price difference seemed much more than that when I looked them up earlier.
It's probably the mental jump from $40+ to $50+
I was about to buy this then noticed there are also versions that come with attachments for right angles etc, which has been on sale in the past:
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/478388
Might wait for that one again instead.
Could be a long wait. Hasn't been discounted on Amazon since that August 2019 deal you linked to.
Its only a year ago, i can be hopeful.
Yeah that right angle attachment looks super useful. I wonder if you could get it separately?
I've had this about 2 years, love it. Super useful for small DIY jobs. Great price.
This or Ryobi 4V from Bunnings?
This is a good driver, and worth the coin. I also previously had the previous version of this and it was a shocking design, too easy to flick the forward/reverse switch. At least this switch in this current version is now well out of the way (and more intuitive to use). Also uses MicroUSB for charger (compared to proprietary connector for previous version).
I've got the previous model and it's still going strong after about 17 years I think. Battery still lasts for months with occasional use.
Have this, recently moved, was the most used tool in the new place for several weeks. Do recommend.
Is it worth buying this or better to spend an extra $50 and get a drill instead (like this one https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08665QKV8). Will definitely use the screwdriver more often, but there are times that a drill would come in handy too.
Is there a need for both perhaps?
I've read many instruction manuals that stated do not use drill as the torque is too great and will damage product.
I may or may not have ignored this instruction in the past and ruined the screws.
Take it from me, a dedicated cordless screwdriver is NOT the same as a cordless driver.
Get this one instead and a drill.
Excuse my ignorance (and laziness to research properly), but is this one $12 better than the one listed by OP?
Not sure if any tech spec differences, but this one has a circular chamber of bits you just turn to the one you want. The cheaper one you have to manually switch them out each time. Personally I think that's worth $12 more.
How does this compare to the Bosche go V2 (Blue) which is about double the price?
