H&M seems to offer extra 10% for members now.

For 10% extra - Add discount in shopping cart or member account page. Valid until 29.11.2020 midnight AEDT. Offer is valid for one time use only.

Dang it, I placed and order just before midnight last night. I called them and they are unable to cancel order so can re-order and get that extra 10% off.

  I think you need to enter 'My Account' and click the 10% off banner. After that 'Add to Bag'. Then the 10% should apply at checkout.
  
  In the checkout page, under MY OFFERS AND REWARDS, click ADD. The offer should be there.
  
  This is for the App, not sure about web purchases
