OW website (PBG page) doesn't clearly state that online store must have shopfront. Taken from OW:

Always one post in every Boost post about Telstra -> Boost porting challenges. Easiest thing to do is to buy something like the Optus prepaid $30 voucher for $5 (https://www.optus.com.au/prepaid), or for that matter any $2 sim from a non-telstra provider, and then port out and port back in.
