Same here for me. Preferred they use Australia post instead but had to be courier please instead. Ordered for my friend on the Monday deal and that one was shipped by australia post and came yesterday.

@[Deactivated]: What does your tracking show? Has it had any movements since being picked up? Couriers please are finally taking calls again but the wait time is long. When I called they told me to wait an additional 5 days as they’re experiencing delays.

@tokyocalling: Yup as they said it missed the third delivery deadline, it’s lost. No problem refunding me but they just couldn’t organise a replacement.

@rmk: Yes get it redelivered if no one's at home to receive it, they have authority to leave if you're not at home which is ridiculous given they're $400 earphones
I received mine last 03/12 and I sent a message to Ifrog, and here is their reply:
"nov 27 is the purchase date, Warranty begins from there. I dont know why apple would make trouble for you, perhaps go to an Apple store and make a complaint.
as for the invoice, it has to come from amazon as they sold it to you. "
I also had a chat with amazon, they recorded my concern about the item, and was told that if anything happens I just return it to amazon and they will process a refund.
