Has this been extended or is it a separate offer? The app says it's limited to one transaction between 5pm and 9pm. Presumably this would still apply even if I had a transaction in the orignal period?
Pretty sure ShopBack either extended the offer, or keyed in the wrong expiry time (most likely).
Legally you might be able to successfully claim in court (or with the Ombudsman) that you should be entitled to double dip (i.e. get $50) in the extremely likely event that the total cap you will get is $25.

See this is why I didn’t bother, as it’s calculated after GST, then you have to wait months for it to clear. I wanted vodka and baileys, I’ll just go to aldi. Plus saved an argument with the wife.

Mine hasn't as well. Over 24 hrs now.
I'm not sure why it's not tracking for some people. My orders consistently take 2-3 hours to track.
I'm assuming your click history shows that you clicked through, that you completed the order without visiting other sites (although I've occasionally done so and still not had an issue), and that you don't have any content/popup blockers active. I always use a non-blocking VPN. If you are using a VPN it might be content blocking and that could be the problem.
I dont use a VPN, I completed the order without visiting other sites. It shows i went there on the click history. It happens because shopback is notorious for it, some cashbacks work and some fail, moreso during the special cashback deals like this one. I find cashrewards more consistent in tracking but not a 100% , and again the special cashback deals is where funnily it doesnt track as often..I wonder why that is….

Me too, as usual - just lodged a request. Never using ShopBack again.
I made an order in the afternoon using Shopback app redirected to BWS app, which T&C says is invalid. I cancelled that order in the evening and repurchased using Shopback App redirected to BWS website (as I deleted the BWS app on my phone). The transaction tracked after 30 minutes.

My BWS didnt track either, I used the shopback website on a PC. This is just messed up. Now I have to go through this whole mess and wait around for months if i can remember. It will have to constantly be looked at and kept in mind.
Shopback came back and said BWS have declined the cashback. What a absolute joke, so i just paid FULL price for items i would never have purchased at these prices….Such a scam these special cashback deals.
